Membership Terms and Conditions

1. Farotage Nation Lounge is a Private Club. All guests must have a membership card to enter premises.
2. All Members will still be required to show either a driver’s license or state ID to enter.
3. We reserve the right to refuse entrance or service to anyone at any time for any reason. This includes failure to adhere to dress code policy.
4. All members and their guest are required to conduct themselves in a responsible manner.
5. Smoking is prohibited indoors. You are free to smoke on our outdoor patio.
6. Memberships are valid for one year.
7. You must be 21 years of age or older to be a member.
